Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic plans to achieve our business objectives within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deepen relationships directly with customers and with distribution sales teams and management.
  • Outperform key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Dig out new design starts and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with the team of Renesas Field Application Engineers (FAEs) supporting the region.
  • Accurately track and forecast revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with engineers and distribution FAEs.
  • Design-in Renesas technologies on new design opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Think strategically to focus on the right accounts and develop targeted sales plans.
  • Have the business acumen to grow Renesas business and market share.
  • Have the personality to grow and foster relationships with distribution, engineering, procurement, and executive business unit levels.
Requirements:
  • Must be ambitious and driven with the ability to lead and develop business partner relationships.
  • Able to focus on a targeted account list, get deep at those accounts, and drive design-ins and revenue growth.
  • Successfully identify where future revenue needs to come from and strategically develop plans to execute on that mission.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Benefits:

The expected annual pay range for this position is $120,000-$180,000. This position is also eligible for commission pay. Renesas offers a full range of elective benefits, including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.
