Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling our products and services to current and potential customers in their assigned territory. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell our products and services to customers in their assigned territory.
  • Distribute sales and marketing materials, such as product catalogs and sales flyers.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and sales personnel.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Prepare and follow a daily, weekly, and monthly call schedule to ensure consistent communication with customers.
  • Assist in the collection of past due monies and provide support to the Accounts Receivable Department as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to new and existing sales team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
