Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Daikin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through walk-ins, phone calls, and emails, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to determine the best methods to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform daily processing of cash drawer, end-of-shift count of money, and prepare deposit slips.
  • Monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of progressive sales and customer service experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
