The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an EA, preferably in the FinTech industry, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to C-suite level or senior leaders. They will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Executive team, including diary management, agenda planning, travel, expenses, and hosting guests.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating and supporting meetings/events, taking minutes, and following up on actions. They will manage Executive Committee internal communication agendas, create events, assist with the organization of offsites, and maximize reach across the team.

Additionally, the candidate will liaise and organize meetings with clients, prospects, and stakeholders, provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive team and London office, and book flights, accommodation, visas, and plan travel itineraries for the Executive team and Rimes staff.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a busy team environment. They will also be able to work independently on their own initiative with accuracy and attention to detail, and be an excellent team player.
