Administrative Coordinator for School and Community Programs

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the Vice President of School and Community Programs and the Vice President of Public Engagement and Education.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, prepare for and coordinate department meetings, and draft meeting agendas.
- Support activity tracking, data entry, and information sharing amongst departments.
- Manage data, record-keeping, and departmental interactions with Finance, Human Resources, and Legal.
- Assist department staff in communication and coordination with school and community partners, peer and professional organizations, funders, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to new program development through participation in team meetings and efforts to build relationships with and engage community partners.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and attitude; ability to interface with senior leadership, clinicians, and staff.
- Self-starter and team player able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Thorough, accurate, and conscientious about assignments while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred.
- A passion for the Child Mind Institute's mission and working in school and community settings.
