About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Sales Performance Solution Strategist to join our team at Performance Development Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering award-winning business performance improvement solutions that drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities

This is a contract-based position, with travel required from time to time for client meetings. The successful candidate will have experience working in the life sciences industries and/or designing sales performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create solution concepts for proposals and other sales pursuits based on business needs provided by the client
  • Architect solutions as part of a client engagement, based on data gathered as part of a discovery process
  • Oversee and provide input into the solution buildout to ensure that the requirements of Solution Architecture are being met
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Learning and Development, Human Performance, or Organizational Leadership & Development (or commensurate work experience)
  • A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in the areas of solution design, performance consulting, human performance technology, change management, or adult learning and development
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Outstanding leadership skills and ability to influence without authority
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 per year, paid on a 1099 basis. Our company offers a generous hourly rate and timely payment of invoices. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
