About the Opportunity

Home Front Mortgage is a leading provider of mortgage and title services, seeking an exceptional Executive Sales Director to drive growth and oversee nationwide operations.

As a results-driven sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company-wide sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in building high-performing teams and fostering mutually beneficial joint venture partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company-wide sales targets.
  • Team Building: Recruit, hire, and train top-tier Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) and support staff to build high-performing teams.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations staff of multiple mortgage branches, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Joint Venture Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with real estate brokerages and builders to establish mutually beneficial joint venture partnerships.
  • Financial Performance: Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage sales management, preferably in a joint venture setting.
  • Active NMLS License, recent production experience or knowledge of Mortgage BROKER Systems.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, regulatory landscape, and joint venture partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $75,000-$95,000 per year.
