Sales and Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Bosch USA. As an Assistant Manager - Sales and Distribution, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business relationships with key customers in the North Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow business with allocated customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, including C-Level, Buyer, and Operational Management.
- Collaborate with Sales Group Leaders to develop effective customer strategies and ensure healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Monitor and collect customer receivables to meet agreed targets.
- Work closely with Technology Experts, Sales Experts, and other Sales-related functions to achieve sales and targeted sales margin goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with defined and targeted customers.
- Capture market trends and plan necessary measures to stay competitive.
Requirements:
- B.E. (Mechanical) with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
- Expertise in Industrial Hydraulics, Mobile Hydraulics, and Automation products is preferred.
