About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Bosch USA. As an Assistant Manager of Sales and Distribution, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the North Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, including C-Level, Buyer, and Operational Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop effective customer solutions
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial hydraulics or automation industry
  • Strong knowledge of industrial hydraulics, mobile hydraulics, and automation products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
