As a Medical Office Admin with LHH Recruitment Solutions, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calling, responding to inquiries from patients.
  • Handling patients check in and out, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelations.
  • Reviewing and collecting co-payments, pre-authorizations, insurance, coverage, and benefits review.
  • Assisting with referrals, scheduling transportation, and acting as a resources for inquiries.
  • Data entry responsibilities, ensuring patient demographics are up to date.

Qualifications you bring

  • Prior Medical Front Office, Medical Reception or Healthcare Admin experience preferred.
  • Excels in providing positive customer service, and patient-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task and adaptable to adjust to rapid changes.
