Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations staff, including hiring, scheduling, workload monitoring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize staffing assignments to maximize impact on clinic and patient visits.
  • Coordinate staff vacation requests and ensure coverage of critical office functions.
  • Assist with strategic planning for clinic operations.
  • Oversee application assignments and manual tracking of incoming and outgoing members.
  • Conduct staff meetings and monitor required reports for front-end operations.
  • Track petty cash funds and coordinate case transfers to other sites or agencies.
  • Plan individual work assignments for operations staff and communicate operational policy and procedures.
  • Provide orientation and ongoing training for office functions and coordinate the intake process.
  • Purchase supplies, maintain phone lists, and track new-hire information.
Requirements
  • High school diploma with coursework or experience in computer science and/or records management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or computer science preferred and may be considered in place of required experience.
  • Previous work experience in a position requiring significant public contact, preferably in a medical office, with office organization skills and typing ability.
  • Prior behavioral health experience preferred, as well as supervisory experience.
  • Computer experience with NextGen and Microsoft Office preferred.
