Job Summary

White Cap is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and market expansion as a Regional Sales Director. This role will lead a team of sales managers, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales managers to achieve revenue targets and market growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, including management roles with significant business impact
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, including communication and relationship-building
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry
  • Knowledge of sales operations and performance management
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
What We Offer
