Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify business needs and develop customer-specific strategies to achieve defined growth targets
  • Re-engage low or non-performing customers by developing new strategies and offering solutions to develop and grow current business
  • Onboard and educate new customers regarding current product offerings and meet their needs
  • Interact and maintain business relationships with counterparts within the organization and execute strategies and objectives provided by management
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other team members within the department and throughout the organization

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred
  • Two years of experience in the Infrastructure industry working with construction or distribution, preferred
  • Two years of inside sales/Customer Service experience preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft AX, Salesforce, and Web Search a plus
  • Computer literate in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Intermediate level of experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Physical Demands:

This role requires occasional travel and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds. The employee must be able to sit for long periods and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
