Regional Account Manager

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Energy Business Unit, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects within your assigned accounts, including managing offers, project contracts/quotations, leading price and contract negotiations, and follow up on current opportunities/projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilities sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategic account growth plans in line with the TE business strategy and product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial aspects within assigned accounts, including managing offers, project contracts/quotations, and leading price and contract negotiations.
- Develop and execute customer strategic account growth plans in line with the TE business strategy and product roadmap.
- Identify and understand current and future customer needs and opportunities to introduce and sell products, services, and solutions to the customer.
- Support and manage a Sales Representative agency for public power market.
- Proactively address customer issues, including quality issues, until appropriate closure.
- Proactively collaborate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that financial matters, including cash flow payments, credit concessions, and account receivables on current opportunities and projects, are managed and closed appropriately.
- Actively monitor and maintain KPIs of customer relative to supplier performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable work experience.
- 8+ years of related experience.
- Utilities sales experience, highly desired.
- Knowledge of Insulators, Surge Arrestors, and Wild Life & Asset protection covering LV, MV, and HV applications.
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
- Flexibility in working days and traveling (field-based sales role).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $120,400- $180,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
