Account Manager

At 4M Building Solutions, we're growing and we need talented individuals to join our team. As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of our company to our clients, taking ownership of their account to ensure we meet and exceed their expectations.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a dynamic company. Our Account Managers are responsible for supervising, coaching, and training team members, developing strong relationships with clients, and implementing our operational playbook. If you have a strong drive for results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead an operations team, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Plan and prepare team member work schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement our operational playbook to drive business results
  • Maintain accurate records of building and facility information
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong drive for results and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
