Overview:
Site Acquisitions, LLC is in search of a Lead Project Coordinator for its Energy Services division. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor and a robust technical foundation, along with practical experience in managing compressors, pressure vessels, and gas drying systems. The ability to convey technical information effectively to various stakeholders is essential. Furthermore, significant experience in executing hydrogen-centric and/or electrical multi-project initiatives within an engineering context is a prerequisite.
The Lead Project Coordinator serves as the main liaison for clients and is accountable for the financial viability and timely delivery of programs and/or projects. This role requires the independent application of comprehensive knowledge of principles and practices to ensure successful project and/or program execution. The individual will oversee project quality and technical performance, which includes delegating tasks to engineers, technicians, and administrative personnel. Additionally, this role involves preparing, reviewing, and approving project scopes, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Extensive interaction with both technical and non-technical personnel, clients, officials, contractors, and vendors is required, including participation in project meetings and presentations of engineering assignments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, Client Relations, Contract Oversight, Quality Assurance, Project Transition, Scheduling, Budgeting, and Financial Management is essential.
- Must exhibit accountability and the ability to supervise both internal and external team members.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years in Project Management is preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in Alternative Fuels is preferred.
