Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating effective and efficient recruitment efforts across our group of residential treatment centers in New Hampshire and Southern Maine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate recruitment efforts for treatment centers in assigned region, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Hiring Support: Support hiring managers with scheduling of interviews and participate in initial screening interviews as requested.
  • Database Management: Assist with maintaining various databases, records, and reports to accurately record information for analysis and tracking purposes.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and organize current job requisitions, working closely with hiring managers, and ensure all areas of the system are accurate and up-to-date for assigned positions in the region.
  • Job Requisitions and Incentives: Maintain working knowledge of pay rates for open positions at all assigned treatment facilities, along with current knowledge of hiring incentives, such as employee referral bonuses, sign-on bonuses, and shift differentials, and communicate this information to candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Background Checks: Source candidates using various databases and social media, screen and order background checks, and provide regular feedback to the HR team and hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with college and university career centers in the assigned recruitment region, utilizing Handshake to ensure effective connections to early career candidates.
  • Employment Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with employment security and/or department of labor offices for each state within the assigned region to ensure positions are posted to job seekers and develop partnerships for virtual and in-person career and job fairs.
  • Marketing and Communication: Participate in marketing activities, including sending email blasts, creating recruitment content, and updating social media sites to ensure accurate and updated information on job openings is visible and attractive to candidates.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Assist with new hire onboarding activities and participate in New Employee Orientation sessions as part of the HR team.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Serve as a backup to the HR Coordinator and assist with the coordination of various company events as part of the HR team.
  • Project Support: Support the HR team in assigned projects as requested.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of three (3) years recruiting and/or human resources experience preferred. Prior healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to work with minimum supervision, set priorities, independent thinking, and follow through to accomplish results. Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, and be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills using the Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for recruiting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
