Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Veeva Systems. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in promoting our Veeva Compass Suite, a market-disrupting data solution that is transforming the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product offerings, market segments, and geographies
  • Gain a deep understanding of buyer needs and how Veeva solutions meet those needs
  • Create compelling product messaging to engage customers across all media and channels
  • Support global cross-functional launch and release marketing initiatives
  • Partner with product and market strategy teams to stay up-to-date on product vision and upcoming functionality
  • Build product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media
  • Identify customer success stories and bring them to life for marketing purposes
  • Develop content (e.g., thought leadership, videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) to articulate the benefits of Veeva solutions to the market
  • Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as customer presentations and competitive materials
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience with a proven track record of success in marketing complex enterprise cloud software solutions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Fast learner with a detail-oriented approach and a passion for dynamic work environments
  • Proven ability to build relationships with other teams and across all levels
  • Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
  • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, adaptive environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation:
  • Base pay: $75,000 - $175,000
  • The salary range listed has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
