About the Role

Coupa Software is a leading provider of cloud-based spend management solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cloud-based spend management solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute account development plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and finance professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to ensure timely and effective sales performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of success in cloud-based spend management solutions.
  • Strong executive presence, self-motivation, and resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large, complex deals.
  • A strong focus on forming relationships and working within a team selling environment.
  • Business Spend Management domain expertise or Enterprise SaaS selling experience is highly desirable.
