Senior Account Executive

ANX Home Healthcare & Hospice Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities within our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with our business development team to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our referral partners and customers.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the home health or hospice industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and attend sales meetings as required.
- Basic computer competency and knowledge of CRM systems, EMRs, and data analytics platforms.
