Role Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position for an Airport Engineering Project Leader based in Manchester, NH, with the option for some remote work.

The Project Leader will oversee and manage all facets of airport engineering initiatives, including construction, maintenance, and upgrades of airport infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in airport engineering and project management.
  • Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and airport design standards, including AC 150/5300-13A, 5300-9B, and 150/5360-14A, as well as knowledge of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Transport Canada standards.
  • Understanding of construction management principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and team members.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
