Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Manage project-level activities to meet deadlines through collaboration with team members.
  • Execute assignments efficiently and effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff to support their professional growth.
  • Act as a field engineer or Site Safety Officer as needed, demonstrating site and position knowledge.
  • Direct field technicians during fieldwork and coordinate tasks.
  • Collect field data using various instruments and techniques.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies, preparing and reviewing technical reports and engineering documents.
  • Evaluate engineering reports and design drawings to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Prepare engineering calculations and cost estimates to assess project feasibility.
  • Inspect project sites to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to plans and safety standards.
  • Utilize engineering software for analysis and design projects.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Active engagement in continuous education and professional organizations is encouraged.
