Job Overview

The Children's Crisis Treatment Center (CCTC) is in search of a Corporate Philanthropy and Grants Manager within the Development department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of current corporate partnerships while actively seeking new funding opportunities to fulfill financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee a comprehensive stewardship and cultivation strategy for corporate and foundation donors.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate and foundation partners for funding opportunities.
  • Provide strategic direction in crafting and executing proposals to foundations and corporations.
  • Manage the frequency and quality of outreach, appreciation, impact reporting, and engagement with corporate and foundation stakeholders.
  • Set and implement annual fundraising goals, objectives, and strategies, while regularly evaluating progress.
  • Maintain a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors.
  • Lead project management efforts, from strategic discussions to the timely submission of proposals and reports.
  • Delegate writing and editing tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Accurately track funding requests and received contributions, including multi-year grants, and provide timely progress reports.
  • Act as a liaison with corporate and foundation program officers, participating in meetings and site visits as necessary.
  • Create opportunities for engagement with corporate and foundation donors.
  • Coordinate the development of materials to communicate regularly with current and prospective supporters.
  • Engage with existing and potential funders, making solicitations when appropriate.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on all grants and sponsorship contributions, providing necessary acknowledgments and documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Development.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in development, marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field is required. A minimum of three years of experience in program cultivation within a non-profit setting is essential. Familiarity with donor database systems, particularly Blackbaud, is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and possess strong organizational and leadership skills that align with CCTC's mission and vision. Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
