Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with an established client base, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Sales Development: Seek out and engage new sales prospects within the roofing sector, concentrating on enhancing the company's market footprint.
  • Product Expertise: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the roofing products offered by the company and effectively convey their advantages to clients.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer support, promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the roofing sector or a related industry.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-Driven: Highly motivated with a proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Client-Centric: Proven capability to develop and maintain robust client relationships.
  • Technologically Proficient: Skilled in utilizing CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $54,000 annually
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $115,000 - $195,000 annually, contingent on performance
