Real Property Management Champion is in search of a talented sales professional with a background in real estate to become a vital part of our organization.

Your role will involve engaging with and prospecting property owners, aiming to illustrate the advantages of collaborating with a professional property management firm like RPM Champion.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) at RPM Champion plays a crucial role in making positive first impressions with prospective clients. All new leads and referrals will be directed to the BDM to assess compatibility with our services and to convey the unique benefits and results that RPM Champion offers. Over time, the BDM will contribute significantly to our most remarkable customer success narratives. The BDM serves as both a filter to prevent onboarding unsuitable clients and a magnet to attract ideal clients for the long term.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly and effectively respond to incoming leads.
  • Implement outbound strategies and consistently cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with and educate qualified prospects about our residential management solutions.
  • Assess and convert prospects into clients for our services.
  • Complete necessary documentation to onboard new properties.
  • Maintain an active and organized pipeline within our CRM, ensuring current notes and statuses.
