Real Property Management Champion is in search of a dynamic sales professional with a background in real estate to contribute to our thriving organization.


Your role will involve engaging with and prospecting property owners, aiming to demonstrate the advantages of collaborating with a professional property management firm like RPM Champion.


The Business Development Manager (BDM) at RPM Champion plays a crucial role in establishing positive first impressions with prospective clients. All new leads and referrals will be directed to the BDM, who will assess their suitability for our services and convey the unique benefits and results that RPM Champion provides. Over time, the BDM will become integral to our most remarkable customer success narratives. The BDM serves as both a filter to prevent misaligned client relationships and a magnet to attract ideal clients for the long term.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and effectively respond to incoming leads
  • Implement outbound strategies and consistently cultivate new partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Engage with and educate qualified prospects regarding our residential management offerings
  • Assess and convert prospects into clients for our services
  • Complete necessary documentation to onboard new properties
  • Maintain an active and organized pipeline within our CRM, ensuring current notes and statuses
  • Familiarize yourself with our unique policies, procedures, and relevant real estate regulations
  • Develop relationships with prospects and nurture them to create new property management opportunities
