About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in New York City. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local dealer groups, showcasing the value of their partnership with Edmunds through analytical reporting, group meetings, and store-level visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with dealer groups in the territory in person at their locations, reviewing their online presence and best practices using the Edmunds Program.
  • Develop and grow dealer group relationships through prospecting and cold calls as well as in-person meetings at their locations.
  • Be in the field a majority of the time, driving daily and auditing online marketing strategy, including hosting process and training.
  • Ensure prompt customer satisfaction with dealer problems, following through on resolutions.
  • Analyze and report on field sales activities and dealership progress.
  • Provide product feedback and new ideas to product and operational teams.
  • Manage and monitor contracts and accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Skills to build relationships with local dealer groups.
