- Procurement Oversight: Direct and manage the procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to supplier selection and contract negotiation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally in a leadership capacity within the public sector.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex contracts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Educational Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Relevant experience in financial management, public policy analysis, or a related field is essential.
