Job Overview :

RIT Solutions, Inc. is in search of a Financial Program Management Specialist to join our Technology and Data organization. This role will report to the Technology and Data Value Management Office (VMO) and will be pivotal in delivering operational support to the Technology and Data Demand Management Team. The successful candidate will oversee the governance process for strategic initiatives related to Technology and Data investments. A proactive approach, strategic thinking, and strong financial expertise are essential for this position, which operates in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document Epic and demand financials as part of the investment tracking process; ensure proper funding and business case approvals with an emphasis on value realization for the organization.
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with colleagues across Technology and Data to ensure timely identification and escalation of execution challenges that may hinder progress.
  • Work alongside Portfolio Operations to facilitate insightful and metrics-driven reporting.
  • Create high-quality presentations and deliverables that focus on the intended message and exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  • Evaluate and assist in the implementation of tools that enhance investment governance and tracking, streamline the collection and reporting of demand financials, and automate information reporting.
  • Support business transformation initiatives by tracking and reporting on significant strategic changes within the Technology and Data organization.
  • Design and execute change management strategies and plans that optimize employee engagement and utilization of necessary changes.
  • Assist in the Demand Intake process, partnering with the Demand lead to manage key communications with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience in program and/or portfolio management, specifically in managing financial/investment portfolios and assessing success with the ability to adapt based on insights.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and practices is essential.
  • Strong financial literacy and acumen.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in written communication, particularly for editing executive presentation materials.
  • A self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge and a continuous learning attitude, demonstrating an understanding of strategic investments.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to foster and maintain robust relationships.
  • Capable of working effectively across all organizational levels.
