The PGIM Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is integral to providing the executive leadership with insights into PGIM's global operations. This team supports the CFO and broader leadership by delivering insightful financial analysis, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic support for the organization’s key priorities. The FP&A Analyst position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and talented individual to collaborate within a high-performing team and gain experience in the asset management sector while directly supporting senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Analyst, you will be part of a focused FP&A team led by the Head of FP&A, with dual-reporting lines into finance and strategy. You will assume significant responsibilities across various processes and projects, contributing to a high-performing team from the outset. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the creation of long-term forecasts to guide strategic planning at PGIM.
  • Playing a vital role in enhancing the existing forecasting process through innovative technology solutions.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams across PGIM and Prudential, including finance, strategy, and investor relations.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic foundation.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.
  • Understanding of financial services, particularly in asset management.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
