Bristol-Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Operations Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Global Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-functioning team of Global Operations Specialists. This team will serve as the primary point of contact for our manufacturing and logistics partners, both internally and externally, to manage and mitigate patient scheduling issues in real-time over the weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Global Operations Specialists to ensure seamless execution of operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Manage relationships with regional partners to ensure best-in-class customer service
  • Provide input into goals and plans to deliver on SCLT strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, logistics, and/or supply chain
  • Experience working in Salesforce CRM, APEX, Oracle, SAP, and/or other comparable planning/scheduling/execution systems
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Bristol-Myers Squibb offers a competitive salary range of $87,000 - $110,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
