Property Manager

At Public Storage, we are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our storage facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and customer service team to ensure excellent customer service and high sales performance.
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
- Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Requirements:
- Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal.
