About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at CoStar Group. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, brokers, and sellers to educate them on the Ten-X auction platform and process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with commercial real estate brokers, sellers, and buyers throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Become an expert in the Ten-X end-to-end transaction platform and processes to ensure consultative partnerships with clients.
  • Have complete ownership of the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching, onboarding, servicing, and closing.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients and their needs, building strong lasting relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and conduct detailed presentations and demos of our product suite and services for clients and prospects.
  • Evaluate and underwrite prospective clients, including their commercial real estate properties and assets.
  • Represent Ten-X by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A completed bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university is essential.
  • 7+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment selling CRE, financial securities, fintech/proptech, business intelligence, or data and analytics.
  • Demonstration of commitment to prior employers.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas - we hire the top 10% in their field.
  • Dedication to building lasting relationships and leveraging your network to source and approach key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering flawless execution and seamless process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor communication to the relevant audience.
  • Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday, with regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to the start date.
