Stella Digital is in search of a dynamic and adaptable sales executive with a background in the luxury fashion sector for the Head of Strategic Client Acquisition role.

The Strategic Client Acquisition Director will be tasked with identifying and securing new clientele (including photographers, agents, art directors, and producers) while ensuring that the quality of services provided to current clients remains high and consistent.

This role will act as the main liaison for all new and ongoing business ventures. The successful candidate will enhance sales, productivity, and service by comprehensively understanding business requirements and challenges, and by formulating effective sales tactics.

The ideal candidate will engage daily with photographers, producers, art directors, agents, and other influential figures within the luxury fashion, retail, and consumer lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships, establishing partnerships with brands and media, while negotiating high-value contracts.
  • Oversee daily business operations, including outreach to potential clients, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
  • Evaluate the need for an impactful public relations strategy, attending relevant events and openings as necessary.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in the luxury fashion, media, or consumer lifestyle sectors. A Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Proven ability to maintain strong relationships with top-tier media representatives.

Strong industry connections and media relations expertise are essential.

  • Confident leadership style with effective communication skills across all levels.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities; exceptional presentation skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives aligned with company strategy while thriving under pressure.
