Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will drive profitable account revenue growth by educating stakeholders on Epsilon's offerings and securing opportunities to broaden Epsilon's market presence. You will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders, comprehending their challenges and tailoring your strategies to address their needs. By influencing account strategies, you will facilitate positive outcomes and lead regular client business evaluations. You will create and execute strategic account plans, align tactics with business goals, and effectively communicate the account vision to internal teams. Leading negotiations to achieve revenue objectives, you will employ strategic selling tools to promote new solutions. Collaboration with sales, marketing, product, finance, and delivery teams will be essential, ensuring synchronized efforts across Epsilon's business units. Furthermore, you will assist in new business proposals and joint client reviews with Publicis agencies. You will manage and negotiate contracts, actively oversee the P&L for your accounts, utilize management solutions for opportunities and revenue, and stay updated on industry trends to maintain Epsilon's leadership in the sector.
Qualifications

- Proven success in managing client relationships to drive significant growth, particularly within a specific industry or market segment.
- Experience in fostering organic growth with existing TMT clients, focusing on deepening relationships and revenue within current accounts.
- Strong understanding of the TMT client MarTech landscape.
- Extensive knowledge in data-driven marketing, skilled in applying advanced marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies to achieve impactful business results.
- Significant experience within an agency holding company, adept at navigating a hybrid-agency engagement model.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and formulating effective, data-supported strategies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex concepts and ideas with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, skilled at working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and various Epsilon business units.
- Results-driven professional with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets and surpassing business objectives.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of client services, professional sales, and business development experience in a quota-bearing role.
- 7-10 years of experience leading revenue teams.
- Extensive background in the Media/Advertising sector.
- Proven leadership in driving growth in the Telecom, Media, and Entertainment sector, with deep Telecom expertise.
- Strong digital experience in audience acquisition, customer retention, business expansion, and leveraging digital for Telecom client performance.
- 10+ years of Telecom client experience, with a comprehensive understanding of corporate structure, business units, and key industry terms.
- 5+ years managing digital/programmatic campaigns with a proven revenue growth record.
- Self-motivated with a talent for identifying new business opportunities and skilled in consultative and solution selling to define marketing transformation plans.
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in client management and sales across technology, platform, ad solutions, direct marketing, programmatic, display, and agency sectors.
- Proficient in guiding advertising measurement processes and translating client performance metrics to specific business outcomes.
- Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise in strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting, and marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
- Familiarity with leveraging Retailer Media Networks and 2nd & 3rd party retailer data for campaign activations and attribution for TMT clients.
- Strong AdTech and MarTech background with an understanding of the Carrier ecosystem, metrics, and data sets to drive outcomes through platforms and digital engagement.
- Proficient in data, audience strategy, and investment to drive retention, acquisition, personalization, next best action, and journey optimization, using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $140,000.00
