Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent to support our mission of providing high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters to source, select, and onboard top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition process
  • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
