Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Palmeira Home Health as a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their skills and experience to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales pipeline and customer relationships using the company CRM.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
- Achieve established sales goals within a specified timeframe.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales in the Home Health or Hospice industry.
- A valid driver's license with auto-insurance.
- Possession of required vaccinations and immunizations.
- Copy of Negative TB test result and Flu Shot (within the last year).
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Medical Insurance with dental and vision coverage.

- New Hire training for 3-5 days.
