Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABCO Facility Maintenance, a well-established commercial facility maintenance and construction firm.

Compensation: Starting at $16+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided by ABCO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls while typing responses.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with HR and recruitment tasks as required.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • Dependable employee with availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is essential.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic setting.
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred.
  • Proven employment history with at least five years at a single organization.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office are mandatory.
