Job Overview: We are seeking a REMOTE RECEPTIONIST/ASSISTANT HR ADMIN to join our dynamic team at ABCO Facility Maintenance, a well-established commercial facility maintenance and construction firm.
Compensation: Starting at $16+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining accurate records.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support HR functions and recruitment activities as required.
- Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Dependable and reliable, with the ability to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
- Prior experience as a receptionist is essential.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy setting.
- Previous experience in HR is preferred.
- Demonstrated history of stable employment, with at least five years at a single organization.
- Proficient in typing and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
