Position Overview

As a Sales Territory Consultant, you will play a crucial role in showcasing and selling our advanced advertising solutions to prospective clients. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and assist businesses in maximizing their online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct virtual presentations to educate potential clients on the advantages of utilizing CoStar's advertising platforms.
  2. Address and resolve client objections with confidence and professionalism.
  3. Engage in a high volume of outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets by successfully closing deals with clients.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales capacity or through internships.
  3. Demonstrated ability to persuade prospects effectively and assertively.

  1. Proficient in conducting virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
  2. High energy level with a strong drive to achieve outstanding results.
