Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced professional in the field of laboratory technology who is ready to transition into a consultative sales role. This position involves engaging with clients as a trusted advisor, focusing on advanced testing systems and specialized laboratory automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and understand customer needs to promote the adoption of our innovative products and services.
- Establish and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients, emphasizing new sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets as outlined by the management team.
- Maintain comprehensive records within the Customer Database and ensure accountability for company assets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and their competitive landscape.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports as required.
- Create an annual business plan for your territory, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with clients, demonstrating approachability and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and processes.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business-related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or consulting, particularly in the medical or capital sales sectors, is advantageous.
- Experience as a medical laboratory technologist or technician is a valuable asset.
