Position Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor, you exemplify outstanding sales techniques - your passion for our products enhances the customer journey as you share your expertise with both your team and clients. In this leadership role, you mentor and empower customer service associates, helping them to excel in their careers at Paper Source. You collaborate within the store to ensure an exceptional experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.

An employee in this role can anticipate an hourly wage beginning at $18.50.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft unforgettable shopping experiences that encourage customers to return, driven by the consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service you provide and model for the team.
  • Maintain a vibrant store atmosphere through the precise execution of Visual Merchandising and Replenishment standards, demonstrating a commitment to a clean, organized, and inviting presentation.
  • Utilize key campaigns and services, including new product launches and promotions, to actively engage with every customer.

  • Foster employee development by sharing your knowledge and aiding their understanding of various store functions.
  • Ensure smooth store operations by effectively managing receiving, returns, and daily processes, while being mindful of shrinkage and expenses.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous operational improvement to enhance the store experience for customers and staff alike.
  • Collaborate effectively with the store team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members when appropriate.
  • Drive performance during assigned Manager on Duty segments, achieving sales and behaviors that align with store performance targets.
  • Lead merchandising and replenishment initiatives during assigned MOD periods.
  • Open and close the store, ensuring the safety of both employees and customers.
  • Uphold compliance with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations, including asset protection.
  • Engage actively on the sales floor, which involves physical activity (i.e., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing).
