Job Overview

Luther Burbank Center for the Arts is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Patron Services Supervisor within our Patron Services Department. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service to our patrons, guests, and vendors.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt/weekends & evenings
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Hourly Rate: $24 per hour

Role Highlights

As a Patron Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for individuals from various backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Patron Services team and other departments.
  • Administering programs and projects with accuracy and timeliness.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Exhibit personal accountability for the quality and punctuality of work.
  • Maintain focus on tasks amidst interruptions.
  • Utilize experiences to inform decisions and consider their impact on others.
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully in both verbal and written forms.
  • Handle customer complaints with tact and diplomacy.
Core Responsibilities
  • Process ticket orders promptly and accurately via phone and in-person.
  • Train and oversee new staff in utilizing ticketing systems.
  • Manage various ticketing options, including subscriptions and discounted packages.
  • Oversee daily operations in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Coordinate with patron services associates to resolve ticketing issues.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and promoting memberships.
  • Ensure security and accuracy in all monetary transactions.
