Position Overview

Step into a leadership role as a Retail Sales Supervisor. You will earn $23.00 per hour (Base of $19.00 plus a bonus of $4.00+ per hour) while honing your skills in guiding future leaders.

Your mission will be to embody and promote a customer-centric selling culture, providing consistent guidance and support to meet or surpass sales and profitability objectives.

In collaboration with the store's leadership team, you will set an example for your team across all performance areas, including but not limited to customer experience, product fitting, and key performance indicators.

This role reports directly to the Retail Store Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be receptive to feedback.
  • Ensure a branded store experience through consistent visual standards and recovery.
  • Develop and retain a high-performing customer service team through ongoing coaching, training, and recognition.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience, focusing on visual standards and engagement.
  • Create a culture of accountability and recognition that enhances customer experiences and drives sales results.
  • Analyze business trends using available reports to identify opportunities and take action.
  • Oversee the execution of all omni-channel initiatives.
  • Manage customer loyalty initiatives and activities.
  • Assist in managing team member attendance and labor needs.
  • Organize and execute visual merchandising in collaboration with the management team.
  • Address employee concerns in partnership with management.
  • Support strong inventory management and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety training.
  • Model effective selling behaviors that align with customer experience commitments.
  • Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
  • Conduct Quality Reviews and new hire training.
  • Lead team meetings focused on retail initiatives.
  • Open and close the store, leading the sales floor in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.

Leadership Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills, urgency, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective delegation and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing priorities.
