Sales Lead Role

Position Overview:

The Sales Lead will assist Management in fostering a customer-centric and product-oriented sales environment, ensuring an outstanding customer journey and optimal profitability. Key duties encompass managing operational tasks, achieving sales targets, mentoring the sales team, and upholding exemplary standards in product handling and display.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Set and convey clear expectations for the store team
  • Oversee sales associates and guarantee adequate floor coverage
  • Cultivate a high-performance atmosphere and inspire the sales team
  • Educate and guide the sales team on product expertise
  • Encourage teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth shopping experience
  • Offer training and constructive feedback to store associates for their growth
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience of 1+ year in retail or sales management
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt to technology
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Physical Demands:
  • Regular Walking/Standing
  • Occasional Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent Climbing

Compensation range: $18.45 to $23.00 per hour based on qualifications.
