POSITION SUMMARY
In the role of Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility extends beyond simply facilitating check-ins and check-outs. We aim to create a memorable and distinctive experience for our guests. Our Guest Experience Experts are proactive in delivering a comprehensive range of services that enhance the guest journey throughout their stay. They possess the autonomy to navigate their environment and take necessary actions to ensure guest satisfaction. This includes managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, completing necessary documentation, and providing insights about the local area, making every interaction a part of a larger experience.
Regardless of your position, certain elements are vital for success: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professionalism in your appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be active, engaging in various physical activities such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and performing hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these responsibilities (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Experience Experts to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and our business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not necessary.
License or Certification: None required.
