As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our guests, embodying the welcoming spirit of The Vanderbilt. Your exceptional customer service abilities and meticulous attention to detail will ensure that every guest enjoys a remarkable experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while providing comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Manage room bookings, verify guest information, allocate rooms, and communicate any special requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, fostering a warm and inviting environment.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately, including processing payments and coordinating with the accounting team for cash management.
  • Act as a communication hub, relaying messages between guests and various hotel departments while maintaining precise records of guest interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
