POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Guest Services Representative goes beyond merely facilitating check-in and check-out processes. We aim to craft an experience that is both memorable and distinctive. Our Guest Experience Experts proactively deliver a comprehensive array of services that enhance guests' entire stay. They are empowered to navigate their environment and address needs as they arise. Whether managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, completing documentation, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.

Success in this position hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that personal appearance and communication remain professional. Guest Experience Experts will be active and mobile (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will engage in hands-on tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance). Excelling in these responsibilities, along with other reasonable duties as assigned, is essential for Guest Experience Experts to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
