Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated professional with a background in supply chain analysis or planning, particularly within a fast-paced consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting and possess a strong aptitude for data analysis and project management.


Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Director of Logistics and Inventory.


Key Responsibilities:
Your daily tasks will include:

  • Assisting the Logistics team with supervisory duties and management of our three third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
  • Overseeing and managing non-compliance chargebacks from clients, identifying solutions for recurring issues, and disputing charges when necessary.
  • Facilitating daily communication with our warehouse and external partners regarding non-compliance disputes and evidence submission through retailer portals and email.
  • Generating monthly reports on chargeback trends and financial impacts, comparing against budget expectations.
  • Managing the newly established Returns/RA process at our warehouses for both B2C and B2B channels.
  • Collaborating with commercial and finance teams to ensure proper handling and documentation of B2B returns.
  • Analyzing stock reintegration rates from returns and proposing innovative solutions for improvement.
  • Maintaining a close working relationship with inventory control and customer supply chain teams.
  • Communicating in a proactive, informative, and collaborative manner.
  • Transforming large data sets into meaningful reports and presenting findings to leadership as required.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A solid educational background with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify anomalies in extensive data sets.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
  • The capability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Experience in retailer-facing roles or commercial settings is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ASN processes, pick-ups, palletization requirements, and timing is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.
