Job Description

The Supply Chain Inventory Analyst is an indirect influence position perfect for aspiring Supply Chain or Operations Managers. As part of the Material Operations team, the analyst will be accountable for real-time reconciliation of inventory inaccuracies to assist manufacturing production needs, as well as guiding strategic projects to improve material management efficiency and inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and driving improvement in transactional compliance
  • Researching Procurement, Receiving, Warehousing, and Manufacturing material transaction history to locate missing material
  • Coordinating stock keepers, material handlers, and planners to reconcile systemic inaccuracies
  • Assisting strategic projects to optimize around business needs based on supply levels, space constraints, and operational efficiency
  • Developing executive summaries and presentations to communicate strategic improvement efforts
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations in a high complexity manufacturing environment
  • Deep domain expertise in material-related ERP transactions covering Purchase Orders, Receipts, Material Transactions, Inventory Transfers, Bills of Material, and Work Order management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving improvement in process KPIs
  • Intermediate analytical skills (Ability to modify /run BI reports, cross-reference and summation in Excel through formulas/automation)
  • Aptitude to work alone to identify projects to close gaps in team performance.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Oracle ERP Experience (Highly Preferred)
  • OBIEE, Oracle MSCA, WMS experience
  • Warehousing /Logistics strategy development experience
  • Training in a formal continuous improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, etc.)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $121700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
